Gift Profile

The Gift Profile contains all the information being stored on a single gift.

This report is useful for confirming that all information stored on a specific gift is correct and for record keeping.

To produce the Gift Profile for a single gift

To produce this report for a single gift without needing to know the Gift Key, follow the steps below.

1. Open the record of the gift for which you want to produce a Gift Profile. How?

To produce the Gift Profile for a group of gifts

To produce this report for a group of gifts, follow the steps below. Unless you wish to produce Gift Profiles for all gifts linked to one or more specific organizations, you must know the Gift Key(s) of the gifts whose Gift Profiles you wish to produce.

1. Click Summaries > Gift Profile in the Menu Bar.

2. Enter selection and sorting criteria to produce the report you desire. There is help available on each field.
