To search for a gift
Gift Search displays a list of gifts that meet your search criteria. You can then open the Gift Information screen for a specific gift.
1. Click Actions > Gift Search on the Menu Bar.
2. Enter criteria for finding the desired gift or gifts. There is help available on each field.
3. Click Search.
4. A list of the records that meet your selection criteria will appear in the Gift Search Results grid.
If necessary, click a page number or an arrow 
to cycle through the records found in your search, in sort order.
to cycle through the records found in your search, in sort order.5. Double-click the row in the grid that matches the gift whose information you want to review or change. The Gift Information page for the gift will open.
Click an arrow 
to go to the first record, the next record, the previous record, or the last record in the search list.

6. Click 
to close the Gift Information page and return to the Gift Search list.
