Display Record Counts

This function reports the number of records in each data table that is affected by user data entry. The report provides a quick sense of how much data GiftWrap is storing.

1. Choose Utilities > Display Record Counts in the Menu bar.

2. Do the following, as needed:

Print the report.
Save the report to a file.
Export raw data for the report.

3. $image\closebox.gif$ Click the close box when done viewing the report to return to the blank GiftWrap screen.

Notes:

· Display Record Counts can be handy for confirming that all records from a source database have been converted.
