Upload Gift Information to General Ledger
GiftWrap can create a file that is suitable for uploading basic information on a gift to general ledger software. This file provides an efficient way for you to keep your general ledger current with new gifts that you enter into GiftWrap.
This file can be saved in comma-delimited text format (.csv) or fixed-length text format (.sdf).
1. Open the Gift Information page for the gift whose information you wish to upload.
2. Click

3. Click CSV File or Fixed Length File, and then click OK.
4. Do one of the following:

Click Open and specify an application.

Click Save.
GiftWrap will open the file in the specified application, or save it.
Notes:
· GiftWrap is also able to create a file that is suitable for uploading payment information to general ledger software. You may want to do this each time you produce beneficiary payments.
