To add prospect information
Prospect information lets you keep track of when, by whom, and about what a person should next be contacted. It also lets you record the person's prospect rating and interests.
1. Open the Person Information of the person whose prospect information you would like to add. 
How?
2. Click the Misc tab.
3. Enter the prospect information. There is help available on each field.
4. Click 
at the top of the Person Information page.
