To add contact information
Contact information describes the date and nature of each contact between a person and the organization. A contact could be a meeting, a phone call, a letter, or any other type of communication.
1. Open the Person Information of the person whose contact information you would like to add.

4. Fill in the contact date and contact description. There is help available on each field.
