Administrator - Settings/Monitoring

You must login to GiftWrap using a login name and password that has administrator rights to have access to this function.

Administrator - Settings/Monitoring contains password and login security settings, as well as other miscellaneous settings that configure specific aspects of GiftWrap operation not covered under any of the other Setup screens.  The settings you choose apply equally to all users within your Charity account.

Administrator - Settings/Monitoring also displays which User Accounts are currently logged in and allows you to terminate any of these current user sessions.

To monitor current users or terminate a current user session

1. Click Setup > Administrator - Settings/Monitoring in the Menu Bar.

2. Review the list of current user sessions.  Click Terminate Session in a row to end that user session (the user will be logged out of GiftWrap immediately).

To view or modify security settings and other miscellaneous settings

1. Click Setup > Administrator - Settings/Monitoring in the Menu Bar.

2. Click the Administrative Settings tab.

3. Enter or edit information as desired.  There is help available on each field.

4. Click Save.
