Globally update seasonal addresses
You can update seasonal addresses for all addresses stored in GiftWrap. GiftWrap identifies all expired current addresses and swaps them with their seasonal address counterparts.
You should update seasonal addresses prior to printing checks, advices, or reports that include addresses to ensure that all the addresses printed are current.
1. Click Actions > Globally Update Seasonal Addresses in the Menu Bar.
2. Enter the date on which you consider a current address to be expired. Addresses with expiration dates equal to or earlier than this date will be swapped.
3. Click OK. If you see an error log, see Notes below.
4. Click OK again.
Notes:
· If you see an error log, fix the errors it identifies, then run Globally Update Seasonal Addresses again.
To print the error log, click the Print button, then click the OK button in the standard Windows Print dialog box. Alternatively, you may save the log in a file that you can print or review later. When done, click the Cancel button.
