To modify a gift designation
1. Open the Gift Information page of the gift you want to modify. 
How?
2. Click the Purpose tab.
Double-click the row in the Designations grid for the designation you want to modify.
3. Do one of the following:

Modify the designation information as needed. There is help available on each field. Then, click
and 
to save your changes and close the page. -
Click
to delete the designation. Then, click Yes to confirm the deletion.
Notes:
· You can set up your list of designation codes from which to pick designations. How?
· The sum of the percentages entered for all designations assigned to a gift must be exactly 100%.
