To add an advisor
You can store name, address, and other contact information on any number of advisors.
Once you have created a record for an advisor, you can link this advisor to any number of person records.
1. Close any open GiftWrap windows until you are on the Person/Gift Search window.
2. Click Actions in the Menu Bar and choose Advisors.
3. To confirm that the advisor you wish to add is not already stored in GiftWrap, enter the first few letters of the advisor's last name in the Advisor's Last Name field. The advisor's name should not appear in the list at the bottom of the window.
If the advisor's name does appear in the list, the advisor is already stored in GiftWrap. To review the advisor's information, highlight the advisor's name in the list and click the View button. Otherwise click the Close button.

Click the Add button.
5. Enter the advisor information. There is help available on each field.

Click the Close button, then click the Yes button to save the advisor information.
7. Repeat steps 3 - 7 for each advisor whom you wish to add.
