Custom filter for printing pooled fund checks/advices
To print checks/advices for a specific pooled income fund, you must select only payments made from that fund. If the fund benefits an organization that has more than one pooled income fund, you must enter a custom filter to uniquely identify payments from the fund.

Each pooled income fund in GiftWrap is assigned a unique PIF Key, which is stored in the pif_fk field in the gift table. Therefore, you would enter the following custom filter to select payments only from a pooled income fund whose PIF Key is 2:

 gift.pif_fk = 2

To review the PIF Key of each pooled income fund for which GiftWrap is set up to store gifts, choose Reports - Pooled Income Fund Summary and view or print the report. The PIF Key of each fund is listed on the far right.
