Payment Settings
You can choose a variety of settings that affect the checks, advices, and EFT files produced by GiftWrap. Although you can change any of these settings at any time, it is likely that you will set them up once and not need to change them again.
1. Click Payments > Payment Settings in the Menu Bar.
2. Choose the value you desire for each setting. There is help available on each field.
3. Click Close.
Notes:
· The settings that you select for the Check Style, Advice Style, Check Upload Style, Remainder Check Style, Number of Payments per Advice (Check w/Advices), Number of Payments per Advice (Advices only), and Number of Payments per Advice (Remainder Checks w/Advices) also appear on the Checks/Upload and Advices/Files tabs of the Payments page. The settings you choose for the Exclude Debit Records from EFT Payment File, EFT File Blocking Factor, and EFT File Custom Header are also displayed on the EFT Files tab of the Payments page.
