Create Payment Data Mail Merge File
GiftWrap can create a secondary file of payment information for merging with a primary document created in another software package, such as Microsoft Word. The file contains payment information on each selected income beneficiary in a format that is suitable for merging with another document.
For example, you can use this file to produce a personalized letter for each of your income beneficiaries that includes references to an enclosed check.
Check Data Mail Merge File layout
1. Click Payments > Advices / Files in the Menu Bar.
2. Click Create Payment Data Mail Merge File in the Report Type area.
3. Enter selection criteria to determine which payments are included in the mail merge file. There is help available on each field.
4. Choose the File Format in the Other area.
5. Click OK.
6. Open or save the file, as needed.
7. Click to close the File Output page.
